  • The transaction security policy in the payment process of the Lokal.vn website applies to customers: • The company provides token retention utility - storing only encrypted strings provided by the Payment Gateway Partner to the company. The company does not directly store customer card information. The security of customer payment card information is implemented by the licensed Payment Gateway Partner. • For international cards: Customer payment card information that can be used to establish transactions is not stored in the Lokal.vn website system. The Payment Gateway Partner will store and secure this information. • For domestic cards (internet banking), the company only stores the order code, transaction code, and bank name.
