TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY POLICY
Lokal.vn is committed to providing the best transportation services at competitive rates for all orders placed with us. We offer nationwide delivery with the following specific delivery policies:
Delivery fee at the store (Agent): Lokal.vn applies a delivery fee based on the cost agreed upon with the responsible transportation partner for all successfully placed orders. For customers in provinces and cities where the company has stores, we will arrange for doorstep delivery.
Delivery Time: Lokal.vn will request the transportation partner to deliver the goods to customers within the agreed-upon time frame when customers complete all ordering procedures. The delivery time usually takes at least 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). In the case of customers choosing credit card payment, the order processing time will be calculated from the moment Lokal.vn receives the customer's completed payment. Please note that Lokal.vn reserves the right to change the delivery time without prior notice in the event of natural disasters or other special circumstances. Your order will be attempted for delivery a maximum of 2 times (in case the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful). Our staff will contact you to arrange the second delivery schedule. We will make every effort to contact you within the next 2 working days (via text message or direct call). If we are still unable to reach you or receive any response from you, the order will no longer be valid. To check the information or status of your order, please contact our Customer Care department. Upon delivery of the goods to you, please complete the payment and sign the confirmation with the delivery personnel. Afterward, please inspect the product for any defects or damages. Please keep the shipping receipt for verification purposes.
